Dr. Vijaya Govindarajan leads the Academic Affairs division at TT Skill, the skilling and learning arm of TT Group Global. A Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate) professional, she has worked in India and abroad across multiple roles, including internal audit positions with leading banks. Her strong foundation in finance, compliance, and institutional processes adds depth to the academic frameworks she develops today.

In the academic domain, Dr. Vijaya has served as a faculty member, research guide, and trainer across reputed institutions, mentoring hundreds of postgraduate learners and internship projects. Her learner-centric teaching style, focus on experiential learning, and commitment to quality have earned her several national awards for academic excellence.

At TT Skill, she spearheads the design and delivery of outcome-based, industry-integrated programmes that directly enhance employability. She works closely with leading partners such as ASAP Kerala, Madras Christian College, and Swiggy to ensure that every programme reflects current industry needs, emerging job roles, and real-world applications.
